Warner Hearing Set For Wednesday

0
0

David Warner is facing a disciplinary hearing after he launched a twitter attack on two Australian journalists name Michael Conn and Robert Craddock. It has become clear that Warner was stepping over the line and did not think before he typed as he put himself in the spotlight and in hot water for the Ashes. This was a gratuitous and wreckless act that Davey will regret one day no matter what his opinion was or is.

Warner will be facing the hearing via teleconference on Wednesday the 22nd of May 2013 after he breached the Cricket Australia code of behaviour rule 6 “Unbecoming behaviour”.The rule stipulates that “players and officials must not at any time engage in behaviour unbecoming to a representative player or official that could (a) bring them or the game of cricket into disrepute or (b) be harmful to the interests of cricket.

Cricket Australia have announced that it will be held at 5:45 pm on Wednesday and will be presided by Cricket Australia’s head commissioner for the ‘Code of Behaviour’, Gordon Lewis. Warner will probably be charged and may be dropped from Australia’s squad for the upcoming Ashes that commences in June. Australia and David Warner will want to move on from this but they will have the temptation to hit him in the head and say “What were you thinking, Davey?”.

David Warner may cop some abuse from Aussie fans if he is dropped even though I can guarantee that every Australian fan will be dissapointed like the rest of Cricket Australia! This is a big scandal in the world of cricket and hopefully justice will be done and everyone will be fine and hopefully Davey Warner will apologise for this wreckless act of injustice and rudeness as well as offense!

That is all for today though…remember…more fresh reporting tomorrow!
